Captain Miller is an Indian film of Tamil language based upon the story of the diverse life of a young man who first wants to get a reputation on behalf of foreigners and later, switches back to his countrymen to support their cause. Captain Miller’s film was directed by Arun Matheswaren and produced under the production banner of Sathya Jyothi Films.

Dhanush, a famous name in the Telugu industry plays the central role of many other stars Aditi Balan, Priyanka Arul Mohan, Edward Sonnenbkick, and Sundeep Kishan play multiple roles in the film. Storyline

A story of multiple diversions, based on attempting what’s right at the right time. A young boy from some distant village urges to have good fame and that desire then tests him throughout the period. He switches from the British army to the camp of freedom fighters to support their cause.

He helps the local king to protect his assets from the foreign invaders, the Britishers. Eesa, famously known as Captain Miller, establishes a constant state of fear for the Britishers for their whole duration of remaining days in India.

Aditi Balan plays the role of Princess Shakunthala, who hates the freedom fighters because they killed her grandfather. On the other hand, Shiva Rajkumar appears in the role of Sengolan, an early freedom fighter fighting against the Britishers. Many other characters played their roles by the names Edward Sonnenbkick, John Kokken, Vinoth Kishan, and Bose Venkat.

Summary of Captain Miller Film

Captain Miller’s Film is a story of traditional Indian freedom fighting the British occupation of India and the massacre at the mass level. The film delves back at the days of the British Raj in India, strongly lasted for more than a hundred years.

It’s the story of two brothers, Eesa and Sangolan, Eesa dreams about joining the British forces to reduce the caste title from his family and to earn a good name for his entire village but on the other hand, his brother is a freedom fighter who despite Britishers for Indian occupation and their native’s policies based upon hatred and corruption.

Eesa joins forces and begins killing revolutionaries on behalf of General Buller, a British officer of a higher rank. Such brutal killings cause moral guilt to all the native Indian soldiers for killing somehow their brothers for the Britishers Stephen, a partner of Eesa, commits suicide in the process of guilt making Eesa take a stance against the Britishers openly.

He returns to his village, where everyone despises him, which fuels him to fight against the Britishers more profoundly. He begins killing Britishers in many different locations and helps the Rajadhipathi to restore his gem from the Britishers and finally earns a good name to live a prosperous life.
